How long does a first version take?

It depends on scope, so I do not quote a number before scoping. After the prototype stage you get a date, and that date is based on the features you kept — not an average from other projects.

iOS and Android together, or one first?

Usually together, since a cross-platform codebase covers both for little extra. Going native means picking one first. I tell you which case you are in during scoping, before you pay for either.

Who owns the code and the store accounts?

App Store, Play Console and cloud accounts are opened in your business's name. Code ownership is set out in the agreement before work starts, and you get documented code and a written handover either way.

Is support included after launch?

A fix window is included after launch for the bugs real users find. Ongoing maintenance is a separate monthly arrangement and it is optional — your own team can take it over.

Do we need an app, or would a web app do the same job?

Often a web app does the job. You need a native app for offline use, push notifications, camera or location features, or store presence. The assessment answers this before you commit a budget.
