Building a Premium Agency Website from Scratch

Solo founder. 30-day sprint. Next.js 15 App Router. Lighthouse 100/100/100/100 on desktop. Zero layout shift. GSC fully indexed. Built to sell — not just to exist.

The original site was a single-page app with no server-side rendering, no structured metadata and no clear service positioning. We rebuilt it on Next.js in 30 days of part-time work, with a component and token system designed up front so every later page came together in hours rather than days.

Result: desktop Lighthouse performance up from 49 to 100, accessibility from 72 to 100, zero layout shift, and all 19 sitemap URLs indexed within 5 days.

How we report results

Same test, before and after

Every metric is measured with the same tool and settings before and after the work, so a change reflects the work rather than a different measurement.

Sources, not claims

Lighthouse reports, Search Console data and analytics exports. If we cannot point to the source, the number stays out of the case study.

Trade-offs included

Results that did not improve are reported too. On this project, mobile performance moved from 88 to 86 while every other Lighthouse score reached 100.

Dated and attributed

Every case study carries the month it was measured and the person responsible, so you know how current the numbers are and who to ask about them.
